Lohagad - Visapur - Tikona

    Recently we all friends went on an trek to Lohagad, Visapur and Tikona forts in the Sahyandris in Maharashtra. All the three forts are in between Mumbai and Pune. Here are the Details of the Trek.

    We were all from RBI (Our School Group), five of us. As planned we assembled together at Sanyog's house at around 2200hrs on 2nd July. We had to catch the Mumbai Pune Passenger which was supposed to be at 2340hrs at Kalyan. From there we proceeded to Dombivli station at around 2220hrs. Sachin and Harshal went ahead to buy tickets. Here they got to know that the passenger is not at 2340hrs but at 0105hrs (we had read the CST timing) and they will get the tickets only after 0000hrs. Then they came to inform us about the situation after buying tickets only upto Kalyan. We then proceeded to Kalyan and then Sanyog bought the Tickets to Malavli, While we were taking rest on the Platform.

        The Train came at around 0055hrs at Kalyan Station. We got into the Kalyan Bogiee and slept upto Lonavla. We got down at Malavli and spent the night outside a school. Then in the Morning we moved on to Bhaje.
